    GENERALITY

    Rzero Group of Orsini L. & C. - Unipersonal Agricultural Company; Campastro Region, 17031 Albenga (SV) - Italy - VAT and Tax Code 01673570097, owner of the website www.raverabio.it, hereinafter referred to as Company, deals with the production and sale of certified organic aromatic plants. The following conditions of sale exclusively regulate the online sales relationship on the website.

    All the prices shown in the Online Sale section, expressed in Euros, are inclusive of VAT at the legal rates.

    They are intended to be valid only for purchases made online on the site and are in no way intended to represent the prices applied at the point of sale at the Company.

    The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated in the order placed by the Customer.

    2. ORDERS

    The Customer can only purchase the items highlighted as "available" at the time the order is sent, as described in the relevant information sheets.

    Normally the articles inserted are actually available at the Company, however in case of temporary exhaustion, communication will be given, possibly proposing similar varieties for replacement.

    The Company will check the actual availability of the items and will send the Customer an Order Confirmation.

    Note: Only orders with destination of the goods within the Italian territory are accepted; orders with destination to foreign countries will not be taken into consideration.

    3. SHIPPING COSTS

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system in real time every time the order is concluded. They are divided into brackets and take into account the quantities, weight and volume of each individual product and the consequent necessary packaging.

    4. PAYMENTS

    The Customer can pay the Company the amount communicated in the Order Confirmation exclusively through PayPal:

    At the same time as the Order Confirmation, payment can be made by clicking on the "pay now" button through the PayPal circuit. PayPal is one of the most popular online payment systems, guaranteeing ease of use and security for every money transaction.     5. SHIPMENTS

    Small breakages of twigs may occur during transport, not attributable to our will, which however do not compromise the taking root of the same.

    On the day of shipment, the courier will send the customer an e-mail with the tracking code for tracking the shipment (if the courier provides this service) and the courier's telephone number.

    Expected delivery times may vary from 2 to 6 working days from the date of shipment. They are indicative and may be subject to variations due to exceptional weather events, force majeure, traffic conditions or acts of authority.

    The courier delivers, except for exceptions and local agreements, only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00.

    The telephone notice service, free for the customer, is provided by the courier Mail Box ect. and only if the Customer specifically requests it in the notes at the bottom of the order; however, as these are often heavy and bulky packages, in order to facilitate delivery, all couriers will always be provided not only with the complete address but also with all the telephone numbers indicated in the order; nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that the courier will always take this into account and complaints from the Customer on this matter will not be accepted.

    The courier is authorized by us to unload and deliver the package exclusively on the street level (in front of the entrance to the house, on the ground floor). Any deliveries to the floors, transport to the garden, unpacking, etc., if they can be met by the carrier, must be agreed upon at the time of unloading between the courier and the Customer and paid separately by the latter.

    If the courier does not find anyone at the address indicated, he will leave a postcard (notice of passage). The customer can request the return (free of charge) within 3 working days following the first delivery attempt; after this deadline without communication from the recipient, the goods will remain in storage at the courier's warehouse and in this case the delivery will only take place after payment to the Company of the additional delivery costs.

    Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier and in no case can it therefore be held responsible. Any delays in deliveries do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnities of any kind.

    Upon delivery of the goods, in the presence of the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the Waybill and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered, even in the closing materials.

    Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier, adding the wording "accepted subject to control of the goods" on the document and immediately confirmed by fax or e-mail to our office.

    Attention: if the goods are accepted without affixing the necessary wording, it will not be possible in any way to claim, at a later time, any shortages or damage due to transport.

    Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt. Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by email, fax or registered letter with return receipt to the Company and to the courier whose address is indicated on the accompanying document.

    6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

    When completing the order, the Customer must obligatorily declare that he has read and accepted these conditions of sale in its entirety. It will also be the responsibility of the same to print and keep a copy. The Customer is obliged to provide their personal data, tax code and residential address (which will be considered as the default shipping address), any secondary shipping address, any VAT number (if it is a company and wants to receive an invoice), one or more telephone numbers and the e-mail address to which to send the Order Confirmation.

    The Customer declares that he has not entered false or fictional data in the order form and therefore declares that the data entered correspond to his real personal data. The Company reserves the right to pursue any violation or abuse in the appropriate offices.

    7. TAX DOCUMENTATION

    The invoice will be sent together with the order confirmation by email. Carefully read the information regarding dematerialized billing.

    8. COMMUNICATIONS

    Any communications and notifications from the Customer may be forwarded via:

    The Company will contact the Customer through the contact details provided by him in the order.

    9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    The Company recognizes the purchaser the right of withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005. This right applies only in the case of purchases made by private customers.

    Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

    To exercise this right, the same must send the Company a communication by registered letter with return receipt addressed to:

    The communication can also be anticipated by fax or e-mail, as long as it is then confirmed within the following 48 hours with the method set out above.

    The law applies to goods purchased in their entirety; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on a part of the product. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, intact and free from tampering.

    The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.

    After receiving the goods and verifying the state of conservation, the Company will refund, within 30 days of receiving the communication, to the Customer only the price paid for the goods (therefore deducting the costs of the first shipment) via Paypal or Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the Customer must provide the bank details (IBAN code) of the current account on which to credit the refund.

    10. WARRANTY

    Since the life of plants depends on numerous factors, including concomitant ones, such as care upon arrival, soil preparation, planting and appropriate cultivation operations in the period immediately following planting, as well as on climatic and meteoric conditions of the place where the planting is carried out, such rooting is never guaranteed by the Company.

    11. JURISDICTION

    For any dispute that may arise regarding this contract, the competent court is that of Albenga

    9. DIRITTO DI RECESSO

    La Ditta riconosce all'acquirente il diritto di recesso previsto dal D.Lgs. 206/2005. Tale diritto si applica esclusivamente nel caso di acquisti effettuati da Clienti privati.

    Ai sensi della suddetta normativa, il Cliente ha il diritto di recedere dall'acquisto entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce.

    Per esercitare tale diritto, lo stesso dovrà inviare alla Ditta una comunicazione a mezzo lettera raccomandata a/r indirizzata a:

    La comunicazione può essere anticipata anche a mezzo fax o e-mail, purché venga poi confermata entro le 48 ore successive con la modalità sopra esposta.

    Il diritto si applica alla merce acquistata nella sua interezza; non è possibile esercitare il recesso solamente su una parte del prodotto. La merce deve essere resa nel suo imballo originale, integra e priva di manomissioni.

    Le spese di spedizione relative alla restituzione sono a carico del Cliente.

    Dopo avere ricevuto la merce e averne verificato lo stato di conservazione, la Ditta rimborserà, entro 30 giorni dal ricevimento della comunicazione, al Cliente solamente il prezzo pagato per la merce (detratte quindi le spese della prima spedizione) tramite circuito Paypal o Bonifico Bancario. In quest'ultimo caso in Cliente dovrà fornire le coordinate bancarie (codice IBAN) del conto corrente sul quale accreditare il rimborso.
